This drill is all about players executing and making the right decision quickly and under pressure. Ball starts with coach (Grey) who handballs to group 1 Attacking Player (Red). This signifies a mark and the Defending Player (Yellow) mans the mark. Players in group 2 (Red attacking, Yellow Defending) then move to try and receive or defend a handball from the player with the ball. This is the point that the player with the ball needs to make a decision. They can:- Handball to the running player Turn and look for a leading player who is being defended (Group 3) Carry the ball or play on and go to the top of the square for a 1 vs 1 contest. Continue to carry the ball and go at goal themselves. As the Drill continues you can throw a defender in the hole or add some man on the mark markers in the pockets meaning some of the easier options have been shut down.
