DESCRIPTION

2 teams, 5 cones in a cross 5-10 meters between each cone. A relay race between the teams! The players must tun up to the middle cone, touch it with their hand, side step to either side, touch that cone, then side step over the other side, then back to the middle and up to the top of the cross, touch that cone and run backwards to the starting point. The next player can only go once the previous runner Has high fived them. Once every one in the team has run once that team is finished.

COACHING POINTS

Make sure they touch the cones with hands. No crossing of the feet during the sidesteps. Check the high five to avoid any early starts.
