DESCRIPTION

2 groups, one stands on the line ready to run sprints the other is standing behind them ready to do burpees on the whistle the front line runs to the 40m mark then back to the starting line then out to the 30m then back so on and so forth until they have completed the 10m and are back to the starting line while the first player is running, their partner are doing burpees the whole time until they finish once finished the partners swap roles and complete it Player will complete this drill twice
