
Players split up in pairs and each pair gets a footy. Players practise catching and kicking footys to each other. Players start close and every time the pair complete 2 kicks and 2 catches they both take 2 steps back and everytime they drop or miss kick the ball they go back to the start. Players should start about 5 m from each other.
-When kicking, players should focus on dropping the ball with it perpendicular to the ground and fingers pointed down towards the ground - Before kicking, players should step in the direction that they are kicking - Players should drop the ball with the hand over the foot they are kicking with - Players should also focus on trying to get their head over the ball when they are kicking - Players should point their foot as they are kicking and drop the ball onto the laces of their boot - Marking should be done with hands above head in front of eyes and players should try and catch it at the highest point possible
