
Players will practise the basic handball technique and execution of this technique by doing same handball passes in pairs. Players should start very close inorder to be able to become comfortable with the basic skill before moving further apart and practising a longer handpass.
- Hold Ball from underneath with non-prefered hand - End of the ball should point slightly up - Prefered hand should be in a fist position with thumb on the outside - Opposite leg to contact arm should step forward - Contact arm should swing in with elbow bent at a right angle - Fist should hit ball on the back top of the ball - After contact arm comes into contact with ball fist should plant in the opposite hand
