Coach to stand next to child and throw their ball away from them into an area with good space so the ball can bounce freely, and the child can run safely after the ball. The ball will bounce in many different directions due to it`s oval shape. The exercise will increase the child`s agility and reflexes. Coach`s should explain to children that the ball will bounce in a funny way and it will be tricky to stop the ball quickly. Exercise to be repeated x 2 or x 3 depending on the size of the group.
