All players start on central cone one player runs to A, picks up a footy, gets back off the mark and ready to kick to C or D to the leading player at the same time another player from the group runs up and around B to either C or D to receive first kick second player from the group immediately runs up and around B in the opposite direction to the previous player to C or D to recieve the second kick both receiving players mark or gather the footy and run it back to A, place it down and return to central huddle the kicker returns to the huddle after 2 kicks (one to each side) at which time the next kicker heads to A and the next receiver to C or D and the process continues repeatedley a player must return to the group always after being kicker or receiver before they undertake a kicking or recieiving role again in turn
