Yellow player weaves around the cones as fast as possible. On each cone he will receive a handpass, he will then kick to the red players (leading kick, no more than 20m) and handpass to the blue players. Once the yellow player has finished all the cones he will push either one of the red or blue players down a cone. The first player of that color then becomes the yellow player.
The disposal should be as fast as possible and a natural part of the run, not a âstop, kick/pass, runâ. The players receiving the balls should be talking to the yellow player creating options (Leading), not standing on a cone waiting for the ball to arrive.
