
Aerobic drill 2: 5 reps = 15 minutes Each rep will be 90 seconds Rest period between reps will be 90 seconds Intensity under 90% - Start in the Goal square - Running around the 50metre arc at each cone there is a different motion exercise - Cone 1 bending over picking up the ball off the ground motion - Cone 2 hit the ground face first to motion getting tackled and getting back up - Cone 3 jump in the air, motioning taking a mark - Round cone 4, head up the wing - Cone 5 tackling motion - Round cone 6 and run around the other 50metre arc - Cone 7 bend over pick up the ball motion - Cone 8 hit the ground face first to motion being tackled and getting back up - Cone 9 jump in the air, motioning taking a mark - Round cone 10 and head up the wing - Cone 11 tackling motion - Run back to starting cone - Continue until 90 seconds has expired - Rest period is 90 seconds - 5 reps of the circuit
