Session 5: Continuity, Rucking and Unit Skills
Objectives:
Introduction: Tonight's training programme will
give you the opportunity to consolidate sessions 1, 2, 3 & 4. This
will be reflected in an further extended game of controlled '2nd
man in half-back' touch as part of the warm up. As a result, we're
look to increase the duration of the session from 90 - 120 minutes.
Remember: Encourage continuity and communication at all times.
