
Use one third as the warm up space x2 rounds each round is different. Players line up single file on corner of sideline and baseline. Round 1 - Baseline: dribble ball along line. Give ball to coach/parent (roll ball to next player) the next player starts. Sideline: high knees along sideline to transverse line. Transverse line: Side step to half way then turn the other to corner of side and transverse line. Sideline: Butt kicks to baseline corner. ROUND 2 - player leads to each cone in turn using correct lead leg - to avoid tripping on their feet. Sideline: crab shuffle to transverse line. Transverse line: player to "ice cream" or "one two" over the cones. Sideline: two foot landing over cones. Finish.
