Setup Players space out evenly down the court with about 2-3 metres between each player Drill Purple player starts with the ball. Blue player runs out towards the sideline, and at the same time, the red player runs straight forward and receives the ball where the blue player started. The blue player then runs in to the red player's start position and receives the ball from the red. Repeat down the whole line of players until the end. This can take up a whole court. Then complete the drill again in the other direction.
Make sure player leading out towards the sideline does not turn their back to the ball. They should be facing the same direction the whole time they are moving. Ensure players land on outside foot and are timing their leads well so that players can receive the pass on the run.
