
The players stand in a zig zagged line stretching down the court facing the person who willbe passing the ball TO them. The ball at one end and the players recive the ball, pivet and pass. Once the ballreaches the other end the process repeats back down the line.
Try to work with speed but also accuracy with your passes. Make variation of the length of passes you make by moving your position for each run. Make sure your footwork is good.
