Split group into teams of 3 wearing a sash/bib. One team are defenders. Rotate defending team occasionally. Remainder are attackers. Attackers attack the goal, 3 at a time (any combination of players), each with a ball. 1v1. Once an attacker passes the red cone, they can shoot at goal unopposed. NOTE: for safety, no outfielders should enter the red circle (as multiple players shooting at one time) Variation: Easier for attackers: remove yellow marker lines, giving attackers more space to attack.
Main focus: elimination skills (in this case 3D). Feedback: Can you attack the defenders' weak side? Can you use 3D to avoid being dispossessed + make space? Can you dummy towards the defenders' strong side? Other focuses: circle entry shooting defensive skills
