-Have disc in a ready position (L1)
-Use throw fakes to move the mark as necessary (L1,L2)
-Use body fakes to move the mark (L3,L4)
-Pivot and square shoulders to throwing space as cut develops (L1-L3)
-Step out past mark to make I/O throw (L1,L2)
-Leading throw to downfield I/O space ~5-10 yds (L1-L3)
-Vary release points of throw (L4,L5)
-Use alternate throws to hit desired target space (L4,L5)
Cutter:
-Wait for thrower to engage before starting cut (L1)
-Carry strike cut past mark to create space for I/O throw (L1-L3)
-Plant and cut to I/O space perpendicular to sideline (L1,L2)
-Pivot towards thrower after plant (L2,L3)
-Vary juke steps and plant foot (L3-L5)
-Seal defender from throwing space (L3-L5)
