Red is defense. Black is male offense Orange is female offense. Force is flick. Down field defenders are in 1 on 1 coverage. Women players force deep no unders men force under no deeps. Men need to be ready to switch and run help defense on hucks.
Against vert if a team runs a woman in Jumbo then jumbo defender will force under.
Objective is to encourage long throws to women that can be pouched.
Men have to be very aware of women going deep and be ready to help.
Up calls and sidelines voices are incredibly important in this defense.
Men cannot allow for stall 0 hucks. Mark D should resond accordingly and go flat when necessary.
