DESCRIPTION

Starting at the center cone running as shown continuous for 30s compete 2 sets each direction, 45-60s rest between sets

COACHING POINTS

  • Short and sharp changes of direction, distance between cones is small so you will not maintain a top speed
  • The focus is on acceleration and deceleration into changes of direction as quickly as possible
  • Count how many times you complete the drill in the first set, your goal should then be to beat that target in your second set
