The aim of this is to provide a more realistic, mini game situation.
Four players per team on the pitch
with any number in the squad but no goalkeepers; continuous substitutions allowed.
Play two x5 minute halves. Allow a short half-time for the teams to have a quick discussion before changing ends.
The game starts with a pass from the centre. Teams earn points by scoring goals, after which the game restarts from the centre. The winning team has the most points at the end of the game.
Points to consider:
Accurate passing; Catching technique; Communication; Decision making of when and how to pass.

It is recommended that this is kept to only 4 players on the pitch at a time for this session, keeping in mind player safety. However, there is the option to increase the size of teams and/ or increase the size of the playing area.

Rules:
1. No stick or body contact.
2. No intentional playing the ball off the body.
3. No dangerous follow through with sticks.
4. Four seconds with the ball in your stick.
5. No passing to your self.

Penalty for fouls:
Fouled player gets the ball, offender 4 steps behind them. The fouled player can then choose
to run, pass or shoot the ball directly.
