Part 1 Saucing passing being the net. Sauce on the half wall or glass
Part 2 Saucing lanes. 4 players & 4 coaches. Coaches to contain pucks and help players with developing the saucing pass. Players can pass or sauce as needed.
Part 3 Forward & Backward Players will carry a puck to the opposite offside dot and transition to backwards skating while controlling the puck. Pass the to the coach while skating backwards and then receive a puck from the coach.
