DESCRIPTION

Divide players into 4 groups to start at each lane and switch after each lane. Players take off one after the other and flow from one lane to another.

  1. Stride and Bend- stride with one leg and bend that leg, alternate.
  2. Stride and Jump- stride then jump, alternate.
  3. Pivots - pivot at each line.
  4. Knees at each line- drop one knee at each line, last line drop both.

*Goalie warm up with coach*

COACHING POINTS

  • Run at 1/2 speed to focus on the skill
  • Balance
