Blue A: Players line up at center ice. Skate towards the blue line and receive a pass from a coach. Take th pass onside and skate towards the goalie to shoot.
Red A: Player shoots on the net, aiming for corners and coach makes ure the player is not flicking the puck but actually shooting the puck.
Blue F: After shot, player skates to first cone and recieves a pass from a coach. Takes pass cleanly and skates around cones with puck, keeping tight turns.
Blue D: After last cone, player looks up and passes to the coach. Make sure player looks up and keep coach moving to different locations. After pass made, back in line.
