DESCRIPTION

  • P1 leaves without a puck and cuts across the blue line.
  • P2 carries the puck to the blue line and passes to P1 from the opposite side.
  • P2 follows the play to the net.
  • Upon receiving the pass P1 should stay wide outside the dots and shoot for a rebound or pass to P2 who should be trailing the play.

COACHING POINTS

  • Shoot low-warm up the goalies
  • pass with eyes up
  • call for every pass
  • top hand in front get over the puck and pass with power
  • If you shoot for far side pad you can expect a rebound
