A. Coach gives command to start skating to next line. Players need to complete a full stop facing the right boards at all times. Once stopped, coach gives another command to start and go to the next line.
D. Once at the redline, players will start heading towards the goalline repeating the same drill and still facing the same boards.
Two this drill two times.
1. Proper starting stride. Make sure players get that cross over to start and fully extend thier 3 power strides.
2. Stopping, making sure players use proper feet stop.
