Players begin on the blueline with out a puck, Skating as fast as they can they head arond the low cone, coach passes the player the puck and they proceed around the high cone, deak around the cone with a stick and shoot on the goalie. Player then grabs a puck from the corner and weaves around the 3 cones for a shot on net.
