Drill: Cone Course
Start in cornerskate to first pylon and turn around the cone. Skate to Station A, Stop, Receieve pass and return to coach. Skate up to next cone, turn round the cone back to station A and gie nd go. FInally skate to last cone and one time a pass into the net. Skate back to beginning.
Drill: Tug of War
Two groups of kids on either side. Team that pulls the flag to the pylon point first wins! Kids can also go against coaches before the switch!
