DESCRIPTION

1) Hoops: 2 feet Jumps- Jump with 2 feet through the hoops (TIRES) like football players

2) 2 Trapezoids (spread out): Big Jump- Be a powerful FOOTBALL PLAYER and do a big jump from block to block

3) Low Wedge/ Squeaker: Arm Circles- Do arm circles and jump onto squeaker, land with arms by ears, cheer like a CHEERLEADER

4) Squeakers/ French Fry/ Ribbon: Long Jump- Jump over the French fry, from squeaker to squeaker; like a CHEERLEADER

5) SPOTTING STATION: Springboard/ Trap: Straight Jump to Vault- Do a straight jump up to the FOOTBALL FIELD (trap top)
