1) SPOTTING STATION: Blue Bar/ Ninjas: Straddle Hang- Touch toes to NINJAS and hang in a straddle position
2) Black Bar/ Red Block (standing): Tuck Swing- Tuck swing on the bar and kick over the block with your best NINJA KICK
3) Barrel/ Rug: Plank- Roll over the barrel into a plank and hold it; stay balanced like a NINJA
4) P- Bars/ Bumpy Rocks: P-Bar Walk- Walk across the bars, stepping on the bumpy rocks; be quick like a NINJA
5) Rings/ Turtle: Tuck Hang- Tuck hang over the NINJA TURTLE
