DESCRIPTION

Items Needed: beams, ice cream, arrow, barrel, rug, vegetables, bean bags

1) 2 Beams/ Ice Cream: Ice Cream Scoops- Carry ICE CREAM across the beam while doing ice cream scoops

2) Beam/ Arrow: Backwards Walk- Follow the arrow and walk backwards on the beam

3) Barrel/ Rug: Plank- Roll over the barrel like a WATERMELON & end in a plank hold

4) SPOTTING STATION: High Beam/ Vegetables: Front Kicks- Carry the VEGETABLES across the beam while doing front kicks

5) 2 Beams/ Bean bag: Forward Walk- Carry the bean bags (WEIGHTS) across the beam
