DESCRIPTION

Station 1- Bridge with feet on panel mat

  • Focus on armpits pushing over hands

Station 2- High elevated bridge w/ trap blocks

  • Feet on blocks, push to tight arch shape and then kick over to lunge stand

Station 3- Arch rocks

  • Kids lay on belly, lift to arch shape and then rock back and forth

Station 4- Handstands on wall

  • Walk toes up wall to handstand, hold for 10 seconds
