Week 9 Bars

DESCRIPTION

1st quad bar- Slow Glide swings with barrel

  • Kids will glide swing slow motion--- Fix form as they swing--- We want hips fully extended when gliding out and hips tucked under when gliding back

2nd quad bar- Leg Lifts W/ Pit cube

  • Hang from bar- Place pit cube in between feet and lift cube to bar

3rd Quad bar- Jump Glides from panel mat

  • Start standing on panel mat in rounded shape, jump feet off of panel and glide out, goal is to land back on panel in same shape as they started

Floor Bar- Candle shape while holding bar

  • Lay on back, hands on bar and lift feet in air to form a candle shape...hold for 10 seconds and slowly lower back down
