Players will be split into different groups and will be shown the technique of a running long jump.
They will then practice the running long jump and again mark each other by the back of their heels.
Running long jump is similar to a standing long jump, the techniques are the same.
Players must make sure they jump on or before the line and then land on 2 feet making sure they dont fall back as this can affect their final marking.
