Description

BOP IT!

  1. Get them to find a space in the designated warm up area
  2. Give them these 4 instructions - bop it (jump up in the air), twist it (karaoke on the spot), pull it (squat), spin it (spin on the spot)
  3. Get them running on the spot - when you shout out an action, they have to do the relevant one
  • Speed up the actions as the warm up goes on - trick them into certain actions to add an element of fun
