DESCRIPTION

  1. Get them to show you there front landing

Look for the following things:

  • Are they diving forwards? If so, get them to kick their legs back so there stomach lands on the cross
  • Is there chin touching the trampoline? If yes, get them to lift their head and look forwards when they land
  • Are their elbows sticking up in the air? If yes, get them to lie down on their front and show them how to position their arms (see image for example)
  • Are there legs flat on the trampoline? If yes, get them to bend their legs at 90 degrees at the knees (see image)

2. Now get them to work on correcting their problem, hopefully increasing their confidence at the same time

  • By working on these pointers, it will help increase their confidence - these pointers are the typical things that individuals get wrong and increase likelihood of injury
