DESCRIPTION

  1. 10 tuck jumps
  2. 10 pike jumps
  3. 10 straddle jumps
  4. 10 full twist jumps
  5. 10 seat landing half twist to feet
  6. 5 half twist to front landing to feet (see video)
  7. 5 back landing half twist to feet (see video)
  8. 5 tuck front somersaults (see video)
  9. 5 tuck back somersaults (see video)
  • Look out for technique - focusing on this is key in order for them to progress to harder skills
  • If they cant do a skill. modify it - this is only warm up!
