  1. 3/4 back somersault to front, to feet
  2. 3/4 back somersault to front, to back to feet
  3. 3/4 back somersault to front, to back to feet (keeping legs straight between front and back)
  4. 3/4 back somersault to front, to back, backpullover to feet
  5. 3/4 back somersault to front, cody to feet - see video for the full skill
