DESCRIPTION

  1. 3/4 back somersault to front, to feet
  2. 3/4 back somersault to front, to back to feet
  3. 3/4 back somersault to front, to back to feet (keeping legs straight between front and back)
  4. 3/4 back somersault to front, to back, backpullover to feet
  5. 3/4 back somersault to front, cody to feet - see video for the full skill
  • Make sure they bend their legs at the knees when they land (see diagram) - enables them to kick to help with rotation
  • try to keep somersault straight - makes it look more aesthetic
