Front somersault (straight) x5
Front somersault (straight) to feet. Half twist jump
Front somersault (straight), 1/4 twist to feet
Front somersault (straight), 1/2 twist to feet = this is a straight barani

  • Keep legs straight - emphasise the tension thats needed in their legs
  • emphasise that its NOT an ariel!!!
