DESCRIPTION

  • 5 pike stretches
  • 5 straddle stretches
  • 20 calf raises (reach up onto tip toes and back down)
  • 10 lunges
  • circle ankles (both directions)
  • Make sure they stretch properly - watch out for over stretching
  • Get them to add any additional stretches/ you add stretches you feel are appropriate/necessary
