DESCRIPTION

  • Pike stretch - legs out in pike shape, reach up and forwards to touch toes
  • Straddle stretch - legs out in straddle shape, reach up and stretch forwards
  • Butterfly stretch - feet together, press knees to the ground
  • Quadriceps stretch - one legged stand, stretch quads

Shake it all about!

  • Make sure they are following what you do and dont pretend to be doing it - tell them if they dont stretch, they will hurt even more tomorrow
