  • 10 x front somersaults (tucked)
  • work on lineouts - 12 Oclock
  • Do tuck jump. Front somersault (t)
  • Work on lineouts - as soon as they have made the shape, lineout
  • Make sure they are looking forwards
  • Correct them if they dive forwards
