Start with Hand spring drills as in the video. As we have developed hand springs before to tidy them up Ill start fro step 11 (1:31 mins in the video).
Set up Stations:
1- Get Gymnast to rock in arch 10x on blue roller remaining body tension. through out the process.
2- Hand stand props to develop shoulder power, to increase difficulty get gymnast to prop onto higher mat.
