DESCRIPTION

  1. Back landing to feet (going upwards, straight legs)
  2. Back landing to feet. Half twist
  3. Back landing 1/4 twist to feet
  4. Back landing 1/2 twist to feet
  • Dont progress with the twist until they perform consistently good back landings
