DESCRIPTION

Prerequisites:

  • forward roll
  • hands and knees bouncing
  • Make sure they can forward roll before starting this exercise - if they cant work on this, and hands and knees bounces
  • Look at control of hands and knees bounces - no control, makes it harder
  • Watch how they take off - make sure they arent jumping forward into the hands and knees bounces once they start on their feet
