DESCRIPTION

  • Look up, look down, look left, look right
  • circle shoulders backwards, circle arms backwards (repeat forwards)
  • legs shoulder width apart - stretch to the left (touch toe), middle, opposite toe - repeat with otherside (repeat 2x)
  • sit down in pike shape - stretch forwards
  • sit down in straddle shape - stretch forwards, aiming to get stomach on the floor
  • circle ankles (both ways)
  • seal
  • happy cat, sad cat ( see diagram)
  • lunges
  • walking on tip toes, walking on heels
