DESCRIPTION

  1. Get them to stand on the trampoline looking forwards with their arms up
  2. Get them to turn to face the other side with no bouncing
  3. Now get them to do 3 little bounces and twist to face the other side
  • Make sure they are facing forwards before they twist - looking up at all times
