DESCRIPTION

  • Get them to sit on the floor and bring their knees up to the chest, placing their hands on just below their knees - this is a tuck jump
  • Demonstrate on bed
  • Get them to do 3 bounces, tuck jump
  • Repeat 3 times
  • When demonstrating, be careful when just lifting one knee to show the position - children copying will do exactly what you do.
