DESCRIPTION

Landing on the bed/to feet:

  • Your legs should be slightly bent (just less than 90 degrees) - enables you to kick to stand to feet.
  • Hold legs there for a fraction of a second and then kick forwards and upwards to stand up - see video for full movement
  • Demonstrate skill if necessary - take into account that they all learn slightly different - some prefer visual others auditory
