DESCRIPTION

  1. Demonstrate back landings
  2. Flat back landing
  3. Back landing - stay on back (with hand support)
  4. Back landing - to feet
  5. Back landing - straight legs
  6. Back landing to feet - no mat
  • Perform all with a mat
  • Support were necessary - dont allow legs to flip over head
  • Demonstrate all aspects if necessary
