DESCRIPTION

  1. 10 straight bounces (Tof - time of flight)
  2. 5 tuck jumps, 5 pike jumps, 5 straddle jumps
  3. 5 seat landing full twists
  1. Time their straight bounces - record time - work on improving. The higher the time - the better
  2. Encourage to make shape at the top of the bounce - quick, sharp movement
  3. If cant do seat landing full twist - do seat landing half twist and work from that - increasing the angle they turn to as they get better
