DESCRIPTION

Play Simon Says. Everytime you say "simon says do...", they have to do it. When you say "do...." and they do it, they have to do 5 press ups.

Actions:

  • run up and down on the spot
  • High knees on the spot
  • Jumping up and down (feet together)
  • Have to touch 3 blue objects and come back - last one back, 3 press ups
  • circle arms backwards/forwards
  • hop
  • high 5 three different people
  • 5 burpees
  • find a partner and only have 2 feet on the ground between you
  1. Change the skills dependent on the ability of the individuals - increase the amount of moves they have to do etc
  2. Change dependent on space available - could use trampoline bed if needed
